Perhaps you have friends or family members who are facing challenges as Asian women leaders and you want to know how you can better support them?
In this course “Thriving As An Asian Woman Leader in Large Corporations”, we will take a look at representation of women in leadership in organizations, some misperceptions, challenges & limiting beliefs that Asian women leaders face at work environment, how to overcome them, and how women can develop ourselves as leaders. While the list of challenges addressed in this course is not exhaustive, we hope to address key challenges that are unique to Asian women leaders. We will also explore how organizations and individuals like you and me could support the Asian women leaders around us.
