Course Description
Having a business idea, or as many say a big dream is very good and of utmost important, because this is the first step towards a successful enterprise. Although it can’t be done in just one day and will take a lot of time and efforts of the entrepreneur it is worth it. At times individuals may have great ideas but it just stays there, so making your ideas actionable is a very important step towards your big success.
The course from idea to business plan is intended for individuals who have an idea and want to start a business. It is also for start-ups who want to give better direction to their enterprise. During this course, the participant will be guided so that he/she can critically critically analyze their business idea.
The value of the business plan as well as the link between the business idea and opportunities will be discussed. Furthermore, knowledge regarding the characteristics of an entrepreneur (to be) will be shared. The student will also be guided to look at oneself as an entrepreneur. The importance of having a business plan and its components of will be discussed. This course will enable the participant to write a business plan based on their own business idea.
