Ultimate Tabata Abs 3 Week Training
Training for Ultimate Tabata Abs in 3 weeks, a Tabata fitness course with a focus on the abs!
The Ultimate Tabata Abs course is comprised of a comprehensive training program that includes a warm-up before training, a Tabata-style workout for weight loss that focuses on the abs and waist, and a cool-down after training. During Tabata training, fat is burned not only during the workout but also afterward as a result of the post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) effect, which means you continue to burn calories after the session.
This course consists of three 30-minute home exercises, each of which includes a warm-up, rest between sets, and a cool-down after a workout, so you won’t have to pause the video to take a break or come up with anything else on your own.
I recommend that you complete the first Tabata Abs workout No1 three times in the first week, the second Tabata Abs workout No2 in the second week, and the third Tabata Abs workout No3 in the third week in order to achieve the best results (which you are aiming for, otherwise you would not be interested in this course).
