P-CAM Approach: Holistic, simple and sustainable

The participant will understand the approach to Performance-Centered Asset Management (P-CAM) and the elements that make it holistic, simple and sustainable.

This training is for people involved or having an interest in the management of physical assets, operational excellence or maintenance engineering, and looking for a new perspective.

Objective

The participant will have an overview of the P-CAM Approach;

– to understand the approach to Performance-Centered Asset Management and the elements that make it holistic, simple and sustainable,

– to achieve industrial performance through Global Sustainability: People Planet Profit.

Targeted participants

Managers, engineers, technicians, planners, analysts, maintainers, operators and professionals involved in asset management.

Methodology

Through presentations, the participant sees the cornerstones of the approach to Global Sustainability, using continuous improvement concepts to develop Performance-Centered Asset Management strategies.

Outcome

The participant will understand the main components of the Performance-Centered Asset Management approach, and the opportunity of becoming a Certified Asset Management-Leader (CAM-L).
